Dayton -- Qbase Holdings, LLC announces today that it has
acquired MetaCarta, Inc., a divested business of Nokia. MetaCarta serves primarily government
as well as oil and gas customers. Nokia will retain MetaCarta’s geographic
intelligence technology, which it is incorporating in its local search
and other services. “We
are excited to add MetaCarta and its customers to our growing portfolio of
