Cambridge, MA - March 13, 2006 - MetaCarta, Inc., a leading provider in geographic-based business intelligence, is pleased to announce that Noel O'Dwyer has joined its corporate team in Cambridge, MA as Senior Director of Business Development.
O'Dwyer is a seasoned alliances director who brings more than 15 years of experience in business development management for the software industry. His experience has included establishing and managing relationships with major companies in the software development market; and leveraging relationships to generate over $30M in incremental revenues. He comes directly from eCopy (Nashua, NH), a market leader in ad-hoc scanning software, where as the Director of Software Alliances he focused on building a 3rd Party Alliances Program to execute the company strategy. Previously, he was a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager for Rational Software (Lexington, MA); and held senior positions at Cayenne Software, Inc. and FPS Computing, Inc.
O'Dwyer holds a degree in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences, from Limerick University in Ireland.
